    Click here to show this review.     I was very much looking forward to this film, after watching the previews, because I love ships and films about the military. However, there was absolutely too much action and noise for me! I preferred the "human interest" elements of this film. Those aliens were some 'ticked' after being contacted by the beacon! Wish they had chilled! I did enjoy the ending very much, as well as the scenes involving the veteran and his physiotherapist. In future, I should probably avoid the films with so many dreadful weapons and explosions. Loved Rihanna!
