    Bitter Moon

One of Roman Polanki's more self-indulgent movies - joyously sleazy in some scenes - some of the dialogue is so ridiculous that it's pure gold. An interesting character study then a 360 degree turn at the end. I'm not a Hugh Grant fan, but Peter Coyote did a great job as selfish, jaded writer reflecting upon his life. I kept waiting for the ship to sink like the Titanic!
