Honestly, I tried to like it. I felt the story was great for a book, and transferred terribly onto the big screen. While some of the FX and CGI are cool, I really don't feel like the film hit the mark for me. The emotional element was better suited for reading, and the main character is a borderline god-awful actor. This is like a kid's movie bundled into a supposedly deep underlying message. Skip it, go see Moon for sci-fi, or Hurt Locker for entertainment.
