Like some sort of wild psychedelic trip this movie enters the void of fantasy when its protagonist dies in a drug bust and returns in spirit. This unconventional film takes us into the neon streets (brightly lit and candy colored)of a decadent, sleazy Tokyo. I'ts been said that the movie derives it's spirituality from The Tibetan Book of the Dead. Indeed, this film is something new and different.
