The Fast and Furious franchise is something of a cinematic marvel. I mean how often can you say that the 4th or 5th sequel of a franchise is better than the film or films that began the franchise? That turned out to be the case with Fast 5, a throughly entertaining action film that turned out to be the most financially succesful and most well received entry of the franchise. Fast 6 picks up pretty much where the last one left off and although I wouldn't say it was better than Fast 5 it is certainly an enjoyable time at the movies. Yes it's bad in all the ways the previous entries were, namely dialogue, believable plot development and most of the acting. The action scenes are loud, fast, relentless and ludicrously implausible. Including at least two sequences that are downright laughable, believe me you'll know them when you see them. All this amounts to a pleasing time for fans of the series and the ending sets up quite the story and villain for Fast 7.
