Mandorla is an inner journey between dreams and the harsh realities of the world we strive to have a meaningful life in.
Ernesto is a devoted father, mystical seeker, and a visual artist stuck in a corporate job. Worse, he has disturbing dreams at night and is haunted by dark and magical visions when awake.
His life is dramatically turned inside out when his young daughters playfully knight him and he realizes that what's happening eerily echoes the challenge that heroes in myths and legends must face, or go insane.
Desperate to understand what he is meant to do, he tries to push back on the waking visions and clear his head.
Inspired by an encounter with a spirit guide who offers a veiled way forward, Ernesto makes a video appealing for support and posts it on the web. An email soon arrives saying that what he seeks will be provided at a bank in a medieval French city.
With his job, marriage, and sanity in the balance, he sets off on a quest and enters a mysterious world where he must find an elusive banker who could help him unlock his dream.
