This movie is like a lighter, more whimsical Quentin Tarantino movie. It's talky and violent in equal measures (maybe more talky) but if you are a fan of any of the leads you'll be well repaid to see it. Even my wife, who usually dislikes Colin Farrell a great deal, said he was "not as annoying as usual" which is high praise by her standards. Harrelson, Walken and Rockwell are also amazingly fun and funny, and Tom Waits in a minor role is also great. Note to fans of the gorgeous Olga Kurlyenko, who was so good in Hitman and Quantum of Solace... she appears in only one somewhat extended scene, and has mostly lost her sexy accent. A bit disappointing, but maybe that's just me. This movie is definitely recommended if you are in the mood for something different.
