Ukrainian artist Fedor Alexandrovich investigates the Chernobyl disaster only to discover that what he was told may not be the truth. In a thriller-esque documentary, Alexandrovich uncovers the Duga -- a large radio antenna constructed by the Soviet Union to penetrate U.S. communications systems. The Duga also happens to stand within close proximity to the nuclear plant. Is this a coincidence? Through various interviews, Fedor believes he's uncovered the truth behind Chernobyl and must decide whether to speak out or keep quiet.
