"The Broken Balloon" is a psychological feature film drama about a dedicated church going mom who tries desperately to keep her daughters protected and sheltered by her own hopes and dreams. She takes on a one woman fight against anyone who tries to shatter her dreams.The film is an effort to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS and to promote health and wellness by any means necessary and is sponsored by the AIDS Funding Collaborative. It is inspired by the costly mistakes teens make when they feel unheard, misguided and misinformed. It is presented as an additional tool to be utilized by families, schools, faith based organizations and healthcare providers in their efforts to help youth make better decisions.
