The Waiting List

At a bus station in Cuba, Emilio discovers a huge line of fellow prospective passengers waiting for any available spot on one of the buses. According to the station manager, nothing can be done to speed up the process. It's Cuba, and questioning the party line can't possibly lead to anything good. Emilio suggests the passengers unite to fix the station's own bus. Everyone agrees, except for one hard-line Communist who leaves in a huff...
