Technically well done as any of Disney's animated movies. Unfortunately not much of 2 level jokes (for kids and for the adults) as it is usually the case in their movies. Kids (girls in particular because it is a princess story) will enjoy more than parents.

I agree. I saw it with my 4-year old girl and we both liked it, but there were no tongue in cheek moments I've grown to love in Disney movies. Plus, I wasn't blown away by the over-all theme; it wasn't heart-rending like Finding Nemo or inspirational like Brave. Still, a 7/10 is a good rating, I'd rate the same thing.
