Good grief... Another in a "I used to be a super killer, got out, lost my wife and decided to shoot my way to a lusty revenge-a-thon with all the hidden weapons under the concrete in my basement" series of money-grubbing mindless drivel. Not one cop in any of the city scenes responding to a mass murder... and the dummies in the "clean up scenes" were pretty silly. Dialogue, echoes of scenes from so many parallel shoot em ups it was ridiculous... and the big payoff at the end was the anticlimax of "no more guns, no more bullets" as the antagonist and the antihero fist to cuffs in the rain at night on a heliport landing area. Dumb, dumb, dumber.
