    No Country for Old Men

This is some of Josh Brolin's best work to date, though the film still belongs to Javier Bardem with his awesome performance. A brilliant thing done by the Coens in the movie is the shear quietness. Whether it's lack of music soundtrack or lack of dialogue, the silence makes the tension unbearable. You rarely get to see a movie that's violent, gripping, thrilling, dark and yet funny all in one. Well in this movie, you do.
