    Click here to show this review.     I'm sorry maybe my age but this movie was lame. If u read the books, maybe u were excited to see it. If your 14-17 then you'll like it, maybe. Overhyped-weekend, movie. Woody Harrelson made it 'tolerable'. I rented 'Battle Royal' a 10 yr old movie, and I thought it was better-with subtitles. And I'm sorry the similarities between the 2 movies-gimme a break. Hunger Games is in my opinion just an americanized version of Battle Royal. The lead character doesn't even kill anyone -so she's the good guy. Gimme a break. Sorry, but that's what I thought. And I like strong female lead characters. If u do too -rent Haywire instead. Or find Battle Royal... better yet.
