A film for children and adults. It captures the spirit of early Disney as it was intended. Emma Thompson and Tom Hanks are great as usual. We will never look at Mary Poppins again without thinking about its creator. Great attention was brought to details in bringing L. A. and Disney of the sixties to life. A delightful movie with good acting. The flashbacks worked well. A nice touch was the relationship between Paul Giamatti's character and Mrs Travers. A cheerful movie to be seen.
