The story centres on the aspirations of a group of young men in the city of Naimey in Niger who have a flourishing import-export company called Petit a Petit. Not to be outdone by a competitor who plans to build a skyscraper, two of the men from Petit a Petit decide to fly to Paris to study high-rise buildings and to observe what use Parisians make of them.
