The Slingers

After discovering that a Little League Kickball Association is going to debut in the summer, a 10 year old boy from a lower class neighborhood rounds up all his friends and sets out to participate in this unprecedented event. There is one obstacle after another for the kids to overcome as they prove that they belong in the league. Through it all they band together and learn the true meaning of teamwork, friendship, making a commitment, facing their fears and striving to be the best they can be. It's "The Bad News Bears" meets "The Little Giants".
