After being arrested in Bolivia with ten kilos of cocaine, Sharon is sent to the infamous Miraflores prison, where inmates rule and survival relies on instinct, allegiance, and control. Forming an unlikely bond with a trans inmate, she rises through the prison hierarchy amid cartel politics, shifting alliances, and violence, only to discover that power comes at a cost. She faces an impossible choice: submit to the system or risk everything on a desperate escape.
