At fourteen Toronto school friends Steve "Lips" Kudlow and Robb Reiner make a pact to rock together forever and form the band Anvil which influences a musical generation including Metallica Slayer and Anthrax bands that sell millions of records yet Anvil heads straight into obscurity while pursuing elusive fame and fortune with the survival instinct and unadulterated passion required to follow that dream year after year because the band rocks and has no other choice.
