A festive gathering in a secluded small-town farmhouse in the mountains is brought to an abrupt halt when a mysterious bright burst of light explodes from within the barn, knocking out the power for miles. Stranded in the middle of nowhere, they cautiously enter the barn to investigate, where they make a discovery not of this world. Fear and uncertainty take over, and with their beliefs threatened, it's not long before they turn on one another.
