Boatman

A boatman travels along the Ganges river with his helmsman Gopal, passing tourists and Indians bathing, working or meditating amid the life unfolding on and at the banks of India's sacred river. The endless circle of life and death remains rooted in the Indian people and manifests in the way they bid the dead farewell.
