Suspicious of each other at first, they will have no choice but to learn to communicate and join forces to get out of this tricky situation. Along the way they will have ended up developing real empathy for each other, coming together in the fact of being women and being subject to the dictates of patriarchy. The elevator metaphor speaks of the imprisonment of women's bodies in all cultures and the need for solidarity among them to advance their rights throughout the world. The tone of the film is humorous: it allows serious subjects to be addressed in an affable manner, attracting the widest possible audience. It also offers the potential to attract the Muslim community who rarely see themselves portrayed in a favorable light in cinema, in addition to promoting dialogue between cultures.
