Crash

A sort of faux documentary about real life, Australian stunt man Grant Paige (best known for his work in Mad Max). Grant goes to Hollywood to work on a new television show and visit his "brother", a member of the metal band Sorcery. When one of the stunts for the show goes awry it grabs the attention of a beautiful young reporter. Grant spends his time with the lovely lady by recounting his past as a stunt man. In between stunt montages they catch a couple of Sorcery shows and are treated to a bizarre spectacle of pyrotechnics, wizards, impalements, magic and metal. Sorcery's live shows put KISS to shame as they use their metal might to weave an epic tale of good versus evil. Brought to life on stage through a number of magic performances featuring Merlin combating the Devil! Finally, both stunt and rock combine as Grant joins the band on stage for the fiery final stunt.
