Cropsy

After a cruel joke goes awry, severely burning him and subjecting him to five years of intensive unsuccessful skin graft treatments, abusive former summer camp caretaker Cropsy (Lou David) returns to lurk around upstate NY summer Camp Stonewater with garden shears and a determination to kill the teenagers responsible for his disfigurement, terrorizing the camp and systematically mutilating each victim as a few courageous campers fight to save themselves and destroy the demented madman before he kills them all.
