Dark Angel

Detective Jack Caine (Dolph Lundgren) thought he had dealt with every kind of crime on earth but someone or something is using human bodies to manufacture narcotics. Together with his FBI partner he tracks down a ruthless alien fugitive who forcibly overdoses his victims with heroin in order to siphon off the endorphins it produces in the human brain, an illegal narcotic on its own planet, as he ends the Houston drugs trade by sending the alien home in pieces.
