Dark Days

Arriving unheralded at the Sundance Film Festival, Dark Days received acclaim and three major prizes. Shot over five years, the film documents the underground community established in the abandoned Amtrak tunnels below New York City. As a symbol of the plight of the homeless and other forgotten people, the tunnels are ideal, and we are shown how lives are made in such a bleak environment.
