Escape 28

In the spring of 1853, 28 men, women, and an infant escape enslavement in Boone County, Petersburg, Kentucky, determined to obtain the liberties promised in the Constitution. These daring individuals join forces with a secret society of abolitionists known as the Underground Railroad while wealthy plantation owners set out to locate them, following their path through Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.
