Rosa is the heart and soul of her working-class neighborhood in old Marseille. She shares her overflowing energy between her close-knit family, her job as a nurse, and her political commitment to helping the less fortunate. But as retirement approaches, her illusions begin to waver. Fueled by the vitality of those around her and her encounter with Henri, she will come to realize that it is never too late to pursue her own dreams, both political and personal.
