Évolution

Nicolas lives on a rocky island in a hospital dormitory with other young boys. He is treated for an unnamed medical condition by a staff of nurses, all women. Curious about his surroundings, the nurses and what they do on the beach at night, Nicolas sneaks out of bed to spy on them, and discovers a strange and terrifying secret.
