Flying Lessons

In a rapidly changing New York City, a young filmmaker befriends her aging punk artist neighbor. As they collaborate on a documentary about the elder's life in the underground music and art scene, their bond grows stronger. Against the backdrop of a predatory landlord threatening their Lower East Side building, the two women explore themes of community, creativity, and the meaning of being neighbors.
