In 1989, the collapse of the USSR sends shockwaves through its former territories, including Romania. The country descends into chaos as the Army, Police, Secret Service, and civilians all struggle for control. At the center of this turmoil is Viorel, located at a police precinct. He and his partners must navigate the dangers posed by a frenzied mob and a reckless army to survive.
