Giants and Toys

Three Japanese advertising companies are in a fierce competition to dominate the toffee market. (Nishi), an ambitious employee at the World company, comes up with a plan to hire (Kyoko), a young girl from the slums, and make her the face of their brand. His strategy is so successful that she becomes a true idol. As (Nishi) exhausts himself with the campaign, (Kyoko) encounters the harsh realities and cynicism of modern capitalism and learns to adapt to them, albeit with some disillusionment.
