Good Neighbors

In the winter of 1995 in Montreal, neighbors Spencer (Scott Speedman) and Louise (Emily Hampshire) bond over their fascination with a string of murders terrorizing their community. The arrival of new tenant Victor (Jay Baruchel) leads the three to quickly connect, though each harbors a dark secret. As violence escalates outside and the city retreats indoors, the apartment building reveals itself as equally perilous.
