Gremlins 2: The New Batch

Billy Peltzer and Kate Beringer relocate to New York City, where they reunite with their Mogwai friend Gizmo, only for a series of accidents to spawn a new generation of malevolent and diverse gremlins inside a high-rise housing a multimedia conglomerate. As the creatures threaten mayhem across Manhattan and the airwaves, Billy, Kate, and Gizmo draw on their past experiences to avert another catastrophe.
