Happily married with a family, mullet-headed hero Joe Dirt (David Spade) is keepin on when he suddenly gets swept up in a tornado that transports him back in time to the recent past where he can completely change the course of history with disastrous consequences for his loved ones in the present before he loses them forever and must make an epic journey back to the present and his loved ones.
