La vie d'une femme

At 55, Gabrielle devotes herself to her work as a surgeon and department head at a public hospital, racing between responsibilities while making little time for her loving husband or the mother who needs her care. When a novelist arrives to spend several weeks in her department researching a book, Gabrielle’s carefully balanced life is thrown off course, prompting her to wonder whether the life she has built can make room for the unexpected.
