Cuca's cozy rural life shatters when his father leaves for the city, spurring the young boy to embark on a quest to reunite his family. As his small world expands, he ventures into industrial landscapes teeming with animal-machines and strange beings, navigating barrios of decoupage streets, shop windows, and flashing neon advertisements that light the night.
