Le Ku Klux Klan démasqué

Struggling to readjust to civilian life in his hometown after returning from war, Johnny falls prey to the persuasive recruitment of a Ku Klux Klan organizer and joins their ranks. Only after donning the infamous sheet and participating in violent raids does he grasp the true depravity of his involvement, overcome with horror and regret upon witnessing neighbors' homes torched, a defiant old friend murdered, and his own wheelchair-bound father savagely beaten. Determined to make amends, he approaches the state prosecutor, confesses his role, and commits to dismantling the Klan's grip on the town.
