Loyalties

Lily Sutton is a devoted wife and a considerate mother. For an obscure reason, she has to follow her doctor husband from England to Canada to relocate in a Northern Alberta city. To help her around the house, they hire a Native American nanny, Rosanne Ladouceur. In this domestic environment, the two women gradually become genuine friends. Despite the hardships they go through, the two friends transgress social norms and their differences in order to face the world together.
