TW Hansen is a legally blind used car salesman, landlord, and film car coordinator based in Milwaukee. The story takes an intriguing turn when one of his tenants starts documenting him with a camera after Hansen makes an unexpected purchase -- an ambulance -- while under the influence, using his boss's funds.
