Superstar Goldie Hawn ("The First Wives Club," "Private Benjamin") is a spirited DC cocktail waitress who, through a series of comic misadventures, becomes an overnight celebrity as a protocol official for the State Department. But her do-nothing job leads to her being used as a pawn in a covert arms deal.
