The Girl Next Door

After moving to the suburbs, Jeannie, a beautiful movie star, falls in love with her neighbor, Bill, a widowed cartoonist. Bill's son Joe is upset, but his young girlfriend uses Noah's Ark to illustrate what life would be like without couples. This leads to an animated cartoon sequence, as well as some song and dance numbers.
