Fifteen years ago, a storm ravaged the coastal town of Evelyn Bay, resulting in the disappearance of three young individuals: Kieran's older brother, Finn, Mia's best friend, Gabby, and Finn's friend, Toby. Overwhelmed by guilt, Kieran and Mia left the town in an attempt to move on from the tragedy.
