1947 Dark psychological thriller
1h 5min
A truck-firm owner Steve Reynolds finds himself entangled in a bitter rivalry with a competing firm. The conflict escalates when a masked assailant attacks him and steals his truck, using it to fatally strike a policeman. Evidence left at the scene falsely implicates Reynolds as the killer. Armed with only a distinctive glove adorned with diamonds in the thumb as a lead, Reynolds dodges both the police and others seeking the valuable stones. Through relentless pursuit, he tracks down the true perpetrator, ultimately proving his innocence and resolving the deadly setup.
