In the isolated wetlands of Cuba's Zapata Swamp, a married couple, Landi and Mercedes, navigate the challenges of survival during a pandemic. Landi, driven by the need to provide for their family, including their autistic son, takes on the dangerous and clandestine task of hunting crocodiles. Their daily struggle unfolds against the backdrop of a harsh, unforgiving environment, where the weight of secrecy and desperation shapes their lives as they strive to protect and sustain their loved ones.
