Virgina

In an isolated village near the Adriatic Sea at the end of the 19th century, families without male heirs are believed to be cursed. When a farmer's wife gives birth to their fourth daughter, he decides the child will become a so-called “Virgina,” living as a man so she can work and inherit the family's role. She grows up amid the hardships of a harsh environment.
