Samir (Sneazzy), lives in the projects outside Orleans. His is a life of boredom, killing time hanging-out with buddies, until Dad convinces him to apprentice as a plumber in the family business. Following his father's brutal demise, Samir must carry-on working to help support his two sisters and widowed mother. Samir has a sudden epiphany -- a revelation that his destiny lies in surfing!
