The drought year 1976. Under the scorching sun of summer gus leaves his childhood behind. Nature comes to its limits, emotions are cooking up and the sutter family is shaken in its foundations. The cracks enter the surface and the unthinkable occurs when the long-awaited rain falls on earth.
