The Dark Half

Thad Beaumont (Timothy Hutton) hopes to distance himself from the murder novels written under the pseudonym George Stark. He stages a publicity stunt to bury Stark forever, but people around him are soon found gruesomely slain with his fingerprints at the crime scenes. Beaumont learns that Stark has taken on a life of his own as the spirit of his undeveloped twin from childhood, now rampaging violently in a quest for vengeance.
